Tyler Rossi
Tyler is the founder and sole operator of American Dream Search and the public face behind The Recruiter of Steel®. A career in sales gave him the confidence and income to build a family — until, eight weeks before his first child was born, he unexpectedly lost his job.
The following Monday, before sunrise, he committed fully to what had been a side recruiting business. That decision became American Dream Search. The lesson wasn’t that job loss creates a company — it was that he’d built a career without ever building ownership of his own future.
Today Tyler hosts The Recruiter of Steel® podcast, publishes The Recruiter of Steel Report, and works directly with commercial leaders and candidates across the American metals industry — with the goal of building something that outlasts him.
